Telling customer’s they’re pre-approved for a line of credit isn’t enough to convert them if they don’t really trust the offer. Once our research uncovered the biggest fears to accepting an increased credit limit such as a higher interest rate or effect on their credit score I helped create copy & design to overcome those objections and move customers towards a YES.
