Mortgage insurance is often the last thing on a home buyer’s list of things to take care of, and can be seen as just one more expense to avoid. To help interrupt the normal thought process, this non-traditional consumer brochure was created for brokers’ waiting areas. After receiving overwhelming approval and acceptance from the sales team, it was reprinted (15,000x) and the concept was applied to the trade show booth for the national convention.
